Who Can Self-Nominate?
Any eligible UMB staff member can nominate themselves — no experience required, just a desire to serve and a commitment to make a positive impact. Eligibility is determined by employment categories:
- All regular exempt
- Contingent II employees
- Police sergeants and higher ranks in the UMB Police not represented by a union
