UMB's 2026 Holiday Schedule is now available. It includes an alternate date of use for several of the floating holidays. The schedule is posted on the Human Resources (HR) website and the Campus Payroll Office website. Deviations from this standard holiday schedule are authorized where operations require.
Supervisors are encouraged to work with employees in accommodating requests to observe religious holidays that are not listed on the holiday schedule; employees may use, with sufficient notice, their personal/annual leave or floating holidays.
