Unlocking SBIR Funding: NIA Resources & Strategies for Biotech Innovators Hosted by Connect Labs

Connect Labs Baltimore is excited to host an information session from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27, with National Institute on Aging (NIA) translational funding opportunities designed for biotech innovators.

​​An NIA small business program analyst will provide a detailed overview of funding opportunities and other commercialization resources that biotech researchers can use to advance their projects. This presentation is suitable for researchers interested in translating their research into practical applications, bringing their ideas to life. Topics to be covered include:

  • ​​New and current funding opportunities
  • Application tips and suggestions
  • Commercialization resources for applicants and awardees

​Twenty-minute one-on-one sessions with a program analyst are available from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Spaces are limited, so please register for the sessions in advance. The sessions will be held in person with NIA program analysts after the information session.

​This is a must-attend event for life science researchers, faculty, students, and startups.
