This summer, two new delicious dining options will open in the BioPark. The Bun Shop will be located in 4MLK and Bijou by Buttonwood will be located in the 801 W. Baltimore St. building. Keep an eye on The Elm Weekly for an opening date.

Coming to 801 W. Baltimore in July
Bijou is a spinoff of The Buttonwood, with a focused menu of sandwiches and build-your-own salads, plus a few favorites. It also offers The Bun Shop’s wide selection of coffee, espresso, and loose-leaf teas.

The Bun Shop features a global variety of hand-held buns — from empanadas to pork bun — including rotating meats, vegetarian, and sweet options. Coffee, espresso, and loose-leaf teas from around the world will be served. Visit The Bun Shop’s midtown location at 239 W. Read St.
