All faculty must report external professional relationships/consulting activities semiannually via eDisclose; any UMB employee, student, or trainee with conflict of interest disclosures must report.
eDisclose is UMB’s new Universitywide financial interest disclosure portal, coming Jan. 20, 2026. eDisclose is the electronic portal for disclosing and reviewing:
- external professional and consulting relationship (required for all faculty semiannually)
- conflict of interest disclosures (for employees, students, and trainees as applicable)
Training videos will be available on the Conflict of Interest Office webpage at go-live.
Individuals required to use the system in January will be notified by the Conflict of Interest Office.
