Join us for an engaging webinar with the West Baltimore RICH 2.0 Collaborative — Stronger Together program, a transformative initiative focused on addressing key health challenges and improving access to and quality of care in West Baltimore.
The University of Maryland School of Nursing’s RICH 2.0 takes a comprehensive approach to community health by addressing social determinants of health (SDOH) — including access to care, housing, food, and economic stability — while targeting health disparities in hypertension and social isolation that disproportionately impact residents.
