Upgrading now will help you avoid any service interruptions and ensure your access continues seamlessly.
Who Should Update?
In the coming weeks, the Center for Information Technology Services Help Desk will be sending email communications to users impacted by this update, but anyone who uses Duo for multifactor authentication is encouraged to ensure their Duo Mobile app is version 4.85.0 or newer. To tell if your version is newer than 4.85.0, look at the numbers between the decimal points. If the number there is greater than 85, your version is newer than 4.85.0. For example, version 4.105.0 is newer than 4.85.0.
