The Office of Public and Occupational Health (POH), under Administration & Finance, offers free monthly AED/CPR training for UMB employees. Participants receive hands-on instruction in lifesaving CPR and AED skills and earn a two-year National Safety Council Adult CPR/AED certification upon successful completion.
Whether you’re learning these skills for the first time or renewing your certification, our free monthly classes provide an opportunity to build the knowledge, hands-on experience, and confidence to respond when every second counts.
Upcoming training sessions will be held 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Sept. 15, 1-4 p.m. Oct. 14, and 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Nov. 10 in the EHS building, 714 W. Lombard St., third floor-conference room.
