April 20 and April 30: Data and Hardware Resources Workshops
April 01, 2026
If you are working on an entrepreneurial venture at the intersection of climate and health, we want your perspective. These sessions are open to anyone, including individuals from any school at UMB as well as community members.
The Center for Climate and Health Entrepreneurship (CCHE) at the University of Maryland School of Graduate Studies is hosting two drop-in feedback sessions to learn what kinds of data and hardware resources would be most useful to early-stage ventures.
Based on the center’s initial research, we have developed early prototypes for resources such as climate models, health simulations, and specialized testing or manufacturing equipment.
Participants are invited to stop by, review these ideas, share feedback on which resources would be most valuable, share what’s missing, and engage with facilitators and peers.
These sessions will be collaborative, using an open poster-style format. There is no formal presentation and no expectation to stay for the full time.
Your input will help surface shared needs, gaps, and priorities across the climate and health venture community and guide future planning for CCHE.
