Nominations are now being accepted for the semiannual Staff Excellence Award. This award recognizes excellence among staff of the University of Maryland School of Nursing. Candidates can be nominated by faculty and staff; however, you cannot nominate your immediate supervisor.
Please note: Staff can be nominated for this award for their exemplary achievements or efforts meeting one or more of the following criteria:

· Excellence in performance – going above and beyond job expectations
· Distinguished deed
· Excels as a team player
· Makes a difference to a member of the UMSON community
· Role model for advancing the goals and mission of the UMSON
