Connected and Thriving: A Healthy Relationships Program
February 01, 2026
February is all about connection! Join URecFit and Wellness and the Student Counseling Center throughout the month for programs focused on building stronger, healthier relationships.
Connected and Thriving is a four-week initiative designed to help students enhance their social well-being by fostering meaningful relationships of all kinds — friendships, family connections, romantic partnerships, and professional networks. Research consistently shows that feeling connected boosts mental health, reduces stress, and supports academic success.
