Steve O'Neill

The Kennedy Krieger Institute and Maryland Healthcare Ethics Committee Network (MHECN) are jointly hosting an Ethics Conference from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Nov. 6. The live, interactive virtual workshop is intended for clinical social workers, ethics consultants, ethics committee members, care coordinators, behavioral health clinicians, and health care professionals involved in ethics consultation or documentation. 

The keynote speaker will be Steve O'Neill, LICSW, BCD, JD, director of behavioral health, OpenNotes Program, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, who is a longtime faculty member of the Harvard Medical School and Simmons University School of Social Work.

MHECN is a membership organization, established by the Health Law Program at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
