If so, please consider a new Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning (FCTL) offering: Pathways to Promotion: A Group Coaching Program for Faculty Advancement and Tenure.
In this program, you’ll connect with a trained coach and a small cohort of faculty to create a personal vision for promotion and gain clarity on the promotion process within your school/department. You’ll identify your professional strengths and areas in your portfolio that might need bolstering. You’ll leave with a personalized map and timeline for your promotion process, as well as a deeper understanding of the resources that can support them going forward.
Note: This coaching program does not replace existing Appointments and Promotions (APT) protocols in each school. Instead, it provides structure and support around them. Participation in this program does not guarantee a successful APT outcome.
