The Institute for Clinical & Translational Research is pleased to share CONNECT (Collaborative Open Network for Next-generation Engineering, Computing & Technologies), a University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC)–University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) initiative led by Ramana Vinjamuri, PhD. CONNECT supports cross-campus collaborations that link clinical and health research with cybersecurity, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
CONNECT offers up to $5,000 for short-term projects (up to six months) and requires one co-principal investigator from UMBC and one from UMB.
The next application deadline is Feb. 15.
