The Quantum One System Icon

On Oct. 12, 2026, UMB will transition to Quantum One, our new system for reporting time worked and managing absences (currently known as leave).

To help ensure a smooth transition, we are hosting a virtual Go-Live Webinar at 1 p.m. Sept. 24 to walk through key dates, required actions, and available resources. Attendance is strongly encouraged so you can be prepared for the transition period and ensure your time and absences are recorded accurately. Join the meeting at 1 p.m. Sept. 24 on Microsoft Teams.

Training Reminder

In preparation for go-live, remember to complete or revisit your self-paced training in Percipio before Oct. 12. Some training materials have been updated with new information.

Important Dates to Know

During September, you will complete a few important steps related to tracking your time and absences as we collectively prepare for the new system.

Here’s what to know right now:

  • Sept. 24: Attend the Go-Live Webinar to understand what actions are required during the transition period
  • Sept. 30: Last day to submit and approve timesheets and timesheet corrections in eUMB HRMS
  • Now-Oct. 12: Complete your self-paced training in Percipio before Oct. 12 so you are prepared to use Quantum One and can help ensure your time, absences, and pay are processed accurately from day one.
  • Oct. 1-11: Track time worked and absences using a temporary tracking template (not in eUMB HRMS)
  • Oct. 12: eUMB HRMS becomes read-only for time and absence activities
  • Oct. 12: Quantum One officially goes live for all UMB employees

For more details on these key dates and helpful tracking templates, visit the Cutover Planning in Quantum One page on the QHCM Project Website

The more prepared you are before Oct. 12, the smoother the transition will be. We look forward to seeing you at the webinar on Sept. 24.
