UMB Reads! invites all members of the UMB community to join our virtual fall book discussion at noon Sept. 29 of "The Thin Book of Trust: An Essential Primer for Building Trust at Work," Third Edition, by Charles Feltman.
This first discussion will focus on the introduction through Chapter 4, “Reliability: You Can Count on Me to Deliver What I Promise.” Together, we’ll explore how trust develops through care, sincerity, and reliability and how everyday actions can strengthen or weaken our workplace relationships.
