Take a midday pause and join us for a calming and restorative Chair Yoga and Meditation Session. This in‑person gentle movement and mindfulness practice is designed to help reduce stress, improve posture, and support emotional and financial well-being during Stress Awareness Month.
Participants will be guided through accessible, chair‑based stretches and a brief meditation to help reset, recharge, and reconnect during a busy time of year.
