In alignment with the Social Well-Being Dimension and July’s focus on Connection and Community, this beginner-friendly, slow flow yoga class offers a relaxing way to unwind toward the end of the workday. Participants will engage in gentle movement, mindful breathing, and stretching while connecting with colleagues in a supportive outdoor setting. Modifications will be provided for all experience levels. Please bring your own yoga mat.
