Launch Your Life Well-Being Workshop: Mosaic Frame with Watercolor Landscape

As part of UMB's environmental well-being focus, Launch Your Life is partnering with Art with a Heart to offer a hands-on creative workshop designed to foster relaxation, mindfulness, and nature connection.
Participants will engage in a dual exploration of creating their own watercolor mountain landscape while learning a variety of watercolor painting techniques. Attendees will also decorate a picture frame using colorful mosaic glass and tiles, creating a unique piece of art that can be displayed in their office, workspace, or home.
This workshop provides an opportunity to slow down, express creativity, and create a meaningful reminder of the calming effects of nature and healthy spaces.
