Join us for a guided, in‑person Well-Being Walk at noon May 6 designed to promote physical activity, reduce stress, and support connection during the workday. This midday session will include a 30‑minute relaxed walk along a gentle campus route, allowing participants to move at a comfortable pace while enjoying fresh air and a break from the workday. No special equipment or fitness experience is required; this walk is accessible to all levels and focuses on movement, not speed. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water as needed.

The walk will begin and end near the Lexington Building, with time included for a brief welcome and wrap‑up.
