In recognition of National Stress Awareness Month and April’s financial well-being focus, this interactive webinar provides an overview of what stress is, how the body responds, and how to recognize personal stress triggers. Participants will learn practical strategies to prevent and manage stress, quick stress‑relief techniques, and take part in a guided deep‑breathing exercise. Helpful resources for ongoing well-being will also be shared.
