Join us for a joint UMBC and UMB Social Work Career Networking Reception at the Universities at Shady Grove on Thursday, March 26, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. This event will include an opportunity to network with alumni and students, connect with social work agencies that have job openings and discuss employment opportunities, and learn about ways to connect with the School of Social Work. Refreshments and light hors d'oeuvres will be served.
The program will include remarks at 6:45 PM by Dr. Judy Postmus, Dean and Professor, University of Maryland School of Social Work, and Dr. Shelly Wiechelt, Chair and Associate Dean, UMBC Social Work program. Please consider nominating a social work colleague or supervisor for the Outstanding Alumni Award Presentation.
