During this session, a panel of established research faculty will address common challenges faced by early-stage and independent researchers, including unfunded grant applications, difficulty generating preliminary data, and building a strong research team. They will also discuss strategies for managing team dynamics, balancing competing responsibilities, and making the most of limited resources.
