The Elm

The Promoting Research Output of Practitioners, Educators, and Leaders (PROPEL) Fellowship supports UMB faculty who are already engaged in educational research and ready to move an existing project toward publication, presentation, or another scholarly product. Fellows receive $1,500 in professional development funds, mentorship, targeted writing support, and cohort-based accountability across the academic year.

Best for faculty with a research project already underway.
