Women's History Month Symposium Announcement with Theme: Thrive: Live Well. Work Well. Be Well

UMB will host its seventh annual Women’s History Month (WHM) Symposium — with the theme “Thrive: Live Well. Work Well. Be Well.” — in person on March 4 at the SMC Campus Center.

Join us for an energizing and inspiring daylong event designed to support well-being at every stage of life and career. The lineup will feature engaging sessions and conversations around health, financial wellness, resilience, growth mindset, harnessing stress, caregiving, healing from grief, and restorative experiences of sound bath therapy and chair yoga. We’ll wrap up with a lively social hour, giving you space to connect, recharge, and build community with colleagues.

Feel free to dress for comfort — yoga pants, sweats, sneakers, or whatever helps you feel relaxed, at ease, and ready to soak up a full day of wellness.

Be a part of the WHM Donation Drive in support of the UMB Student Pantry by donating unopened packages of tampons, pads, and liners of any size. These donations will be distributed through the Student Pantry to ensure that UMB students have access to period products.

Donations can be dropped off during the WHM Symposium on March 4 between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the SMC Campus Center. Thank you for your generosity!
