The SPARK! Supervisor Academy is a nine-month professional development program designed for staff and faculty who supervise staff members. Through a combination of in-person sessions, virtual workshops, and self-paced eLearning, the program helps supervisors strengthen their knowledge, skills, and leadership effectiveness.
Program Requirements
- Attend all in-person and virtual learning sessions (four in-person sessions and five virtual sessions)
- Complete the self-paced learning journey in Percipio

- Strengthen supervisory knowledge, skills, and performance
- Address the evolving needs of a diverse workforce
- Support supervisors in becoming more effective leaders
- Foster networking and collaboration among supervisors
Fall 2026 Term Schedule
The program runs from Sept. 22, 2026, to May 6, 2027. Participants choose one of four cohort options to attend the program: .
- Tuesdays, 9 a.m. to Noon | Starts Sept. 22, 2026

- Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to Noon | Starts 30, 2026
- Wednesdays, 1 to 4 pm | Starts Sept. 30, 2026
