The Office of Research Integrity in the Department of Health and Human Services released revisions to 42 CFR 93 that must be implemented at the institutional level. This policy applies to research activity, research training, applications and proposals, and related activity containing a research component, performed at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) by any person, including faculty, staff, students, visitors, and others; or performed with the use of UMB resources; or performed elsewhere, by a person acting under the auspices of UMB.
