"No Neutral Ground: Rejecting the Privilege of Silence in the Face of Inequality" will be a daylong learning institute for campus teams from across the Mid-Atlantic region, hosted by Transform Mid-Atlantic.
Teams will explore challenges and opportunities to create a campus culture of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion through civic and community engagement initiatives at their institutions. Featuring guest speaker Timothy Eatman, PhD, professor of Urban Education at Rutgers University-Newark, the event is co-sponsored by the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
Register for the event, which begins at 9 a.m. April 23 and will be held in the 4MLK Building.
