Join the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s PA Leadership and Learning Academy (PALLA) for Health Care Access at a Crossroads, an afternoon exploring the evolving health care landscape and strategies to expand access to care across Maryland.
Expert speakers will examine current health care challenges and opportunities, including recent legislative changes that are helping expand access to care, particularly in underserved regions such as the Eastern Shore and Western Maryland.
The program also will explore the growing role of physician associates/physician assistants (PAs) in addressing workforce shortages and improving patient access.
After the panel discussion, the Maryland Academy of Physician Associates will recognize outstanding leaders in the profession during its annual awards presentation.
