Change Management and Advisory Services (CMAS) hosts periodic drop-in sessions to discuss a variety of compliance and/or change management issues.
Join CMAS at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, for a one-hour session discussing split purchases on the PCard. A presentation will cover topics such as the single purchase limit, identifying/preventing “split” purchases, and consequences/audit implications. The remainder of the session will offer an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns.
Attendance is encouraged for PCardholders and Authorized Reviewers. Presentation content will include updates on recent developments involving split purchases and emerging audit risks, so those who attended a previous session may find it valuable to attend again. All are invited to bring specific scenarios for group discussion. Representatives from SSAS will be available to answer questions.
