The University of Maryland School of Graduate Studies (UMSGS) Research Colloquium provides faculty with an ongoing platform to share their research endeavors with the UMSGS and UMB communities. With the goal of fostering a supportive environment and advancing interprofessional collaboration, each virtual monthly session will include a faculty presentation followed by an opportunity for questions and feedback.

Maryland Project ECHO Dementia: Expanding Provider Capacity in Dementia Care
Can participation in Maryland Project ECHO Dementia (MED) strengthen providers’ knowledge, confidence, and capacity to deliver person-centered dementia care? With funding from the Alzheimer’s Association, GGEAR developed and piloted MED, a statewide, interdisciplinary virtual learning program to build Maryland’s dementia-capable workforce through evidence-based education, case-based learning, and collaborative problem-solving.
