Spanish for Health are Professionals: Advanced-Beginner Level
NELC 450 (undergrad) / NELC 631 (graduate-level)

Fall 2026: Tuesdays, 1 - 4 p.m.
Online, synchronous sessions via Zoom

This is a fun and interactive Spanish conversational skills class.

Prerequisites:

  • One college or high school Spanish course within the past 10 years and/or permission of the instructor (for other qualifying Spanish level 1 language experiences)
  • Permission to register is required.

Course requirements include:

  • listening comprehension quizzes
  • oral demonstration exams
  • weekly homework
  • in-class participation
  • final oral presentation

What is the difference between NELC 450 and NELC 631?

  • NELC 450: Undergraduate-level (BSN)
  • NELC 631: Graduate-level with higher learning objectives and assignments
  • Both courses are conducted together via Zoom.
