The Staff Experience Survey is an important opportunity to share feedback about working at UMB. We value your thoughts and perspectives and are committed to continuously improving the staff experience across our University. Your feedback will help us better understand what is working well, identify areas for improvement, and inform future actions and planning efforts. We encourage you to participate and share your experiences.
On Sept. 29, you received an email from umbexperience@umaryland.edu containing your individualized survey link. Please do not delete this email, as it is the only way to access the survey and the link cannot be replaced. The survey will remain open through Oct. 16, 2026.
The survey should take approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete and may be completed during your regular work time. The survey is available in English and Spanish.
