This session will provide strategies and best practices to help early‑career faculty navigate the many competing demands on their time. Participants will learn how to identify which requests align with their expertise and priorities, and how to decline those that are unrealistic or inappropriate at this career stage. The seminar will also explore some of the most challenging scenarios new faculty face and offer practical approaches for setting boundaries and managing expectations.
