As we focus on UMB’s core values set of Respect and Integrity, we’ll explore how each of us can help create a culture where dignity is upheld, trust is strengthened, accountability is embraced, and our actions consistently reflect our values — even when faced with difficult decisions or differing perspectives.
The virtual kickoff is designed as an interactive space to:
- Explore the key themes of the book
- Connect with colleagues across UMB
- Learn how to participate in UMB Reads! throughout the fall
No reading is required to join the kickoff. Just bring your curiosity and willingness to engage in conversation.
