URecFit and Wellness invites the UMB community to participate in Well-Being Week 2026, a Universitywide initiative dedicated to promoting holistic health and well-being across our campus. 

Taking place April 13-16, Well-Being Week is a collaborative effort led by URecFit and Wellness, in partnership with departments and organizations across UMB. The week features a variety of engaging activities, workshops, and events designed to support physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. 

A highlight of the week, the Annual UMB Wellness Fair brings together 50-plus vendors, student leaders, campus partners, and community organizations. The fair will take place on Tuesday, April 14, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the SMC Campus Center second-floor Elm Ballrooms. Attendees can explore a wide range of resources and services aimed at supporting wellness and strengthening UMB's culture of well-being.

  • Slow Flow Yoga: Launch Your Life
  • Introduction to Guidance Resources Program: Employee Assistance Program
  • Overdose Prevention and Supporting Loved Ones: Love in the Trenches
  • Grow Your Own Marigolds: Sponsored by URecFit and Wellness
  • Outdoor Student Picnic: Student Health and Well-Being Advisory Board
  • Unwind and Connect: Yoga and Dinner with National Alliance on Mental Health
  • Lab Ergonomics 101: UMB Environmental Health and Safety
  • Time Management as a Graduate Student: Educational Support and Disability Services
  • Weaving Social Connection Dinner: Hosted by Community Nonprofit Thread
