After a two-year planning process, the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy (UMSOP) has launched its 2026-2031 Strategic Plan, along with a newly refined mission and vision. The plan began July 1.
“This plan represents the focused aspirations of our school community and provides a road map for how we will advance our impact over the next five years,” says UMSOP Dean Sarah L.J. Michel, PhD. “It is grounded in our enduring commitment to improving health and well-being while embracing pharmapreneurial opportunities and facing challenges shaping the future of higher education, research, practice, and service.”
