The 14th Amendment Center for Law and Democracy at Howard Law School and the Gibson-Banks Center for Race and the Law at the Francis King Carey School of Law will co-host "We the People" at 10 a.m. Oct. 23.
The daylong, hybrid symposium will celebrate unknown founders of post-Civil War America and discuss how we can build a new, just democracy in America.
