On Sept. 29, you will receive an email invitation to participate in the 2026 Staff Experience Survey.
The Staff Experience Survey is an important opportunity for staff to share feedback about their experience at UMB. Your input will help us better understand what is working well, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform future actions to enhance the staff experience across the University. We encourage you to participate and share your perspectives.
You will receive your survey invitation from umbexperience@umaryland.edu on Sept. 29.
Survey responses are anonymous. Please do not delete the invitation email, as it contains your individualized survey link and will be needed to access the survey.
The survey will remain open through Oct. 16, at 11:59 p.m.
