eDisclose is UMB’s new Universitywide financial interest disclosure portal, live as of Jan. 20, 2026. eDisclose is the electronic portal for disclosing and reviewing:
- external professional and consulting relationship (required for all faculty semiannually)
- conflict of interest disclosures (for employees, students, and trainees as applicable)
All faculty must report external professional relationships/consulting activities semiannually via eDisclose; any UMB employee, student, or trainee with conflict of interest disclosures must also report.
