3 Reasons to Communicate Your Appreciation at Work
The Workplace Mediation Service, which launched in September, is a free, voluntary, and confidential resource for workplace conflicts. Mediation services are available to all UMB employees (staff, faculty, and student employees). The Workplace Mediation Service is part of the Center for Dispute Resolution at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (C-DRUM).
