In honor of Indigenous People's Day, Dr. Elizabeth Rule, director of the AT&T Center for Indigenous Politics and Policy, returns to the University of Maryland, Baltimore to discuss her latest book project based on the mobile app Guide to Indigenous D.C. The session will be held at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 13.
