Do you want to learn new strategies to manage stress and anxiety?

Would you like to be more consistent with coping skills in difficult situations?

Do you have time for three weekly, one-hour sessions to help you better understand anxiety and how to reduce it?

We will be meeting from 4:30-5:30 p.m. on Mondays from Sept. 23 to Oct. 7. The workshop will involve psychoeducation about anxiety, different techniques to help manage it, and brief home practice between workshops.

We provide students with a practice workbook that is yours to keep. We do recommend that students attend all three workshops because each on builds off of information provided in the last one.
