We all want to be more active and have a way to be social. URecFit's group exercise schedule can help you relieve stress, be more active, and socialize with colleagues. We will begin the week of Jan. 11 with a limited schedule with our full schedule starting Jan. 19. We will not hold classes Jan. 18 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
