The Bridge Series: Theater & Conversation

The University of Maryland, Baltimore’s (UMB) Council for the Arts & Culture invites UMB students, faculty, and staff members to take advantage of free access to Baltimore Center Stage’s “The Bridge Series: Theater & Conversation.”

This new series of virtual gatherings will explore the interconnectedness of classic and contemporary theater through readings and discussions between artists and scholars. The events will explore classic texts, reflect on Baltimore Center Stage’s rich production history, and dive deeper into the elusive artistic process. During these live events, participants will have the chance to get questions answered by some of the most knowledgeable and experienced people in the business.

The first virtual event “Everybody Belongs in Our Town” — exploring Thornton Wilder’s iconic play “Our Town” — will be held Thursday, March 18, at 7 p.m. Sign up to attend at https://secure.centerstage.org/3372/3377?promoApplied=true.
