MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital, Acute Care NP or FNP 

MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital is seeking Acute Care or FNPs to join a growing practice. Candidates will work directly with an inpatient surgical population. No prior surgical experience is needed as on-the-job training will be provided. Patient volume varies between 6-20 patients a day, but is LIGHT on busy work (documentation, discharges, etc), allowing providers to focus on clinical medicine and take care of patients.

The position provides competitive pay with full benefits and 403b matching. Though listed as a M-F, 9-5 job, there is flexibility to alter the scheduled 40hr week to the candidate’s needs. NO CALL responsibilities. NO Weekends.
