ChristianaCare is actively recruiting a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Behavioral Health Inpatient Nursing Team in Wilmington, Delaware. The candidate will assist in developing practice standards, contribute to the development of others and shape/influence nursing practice within behavioral health and the department of nursing. Responsibilities include facilitating change toward higher levels of professionalism and competency by integrating and promoting evidence-based research findings into nursing practice. This position is Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., no holidays, weekends as needed.
