- On the UMSON Employee COVID-19 Vaccination, Testing, and SAFE Screening Requirements page, a link to the COVID-19 Vaccine Exemption Process has been added to the sidebar. In addition, the following information has been added:
Use the UMB COVID-19 Management Portal to:
- Approve or deny Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (CRISP) COVID-19 health information sharing
- Upload vaccination dose information (if not using CRISP)
- Schedule vaccination appointments at the UMB Vaccination Clinic
- Request a vaccination exemption

University System of Maryland Vaccination Mandate- COVID-19 Vaccine Exemption Process
- Vaccination Deadlines for Fall 2021 Semester:
- First Dose (if applicable): July 1
- Final Dose: Aug. 2
- Use the UMB COVID-19 Management Portal to:
