The University of Maryland, Baltimore’s (UMB) COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at the SMC Campus Center has received approval to vaccinate anyone 12 or older regardless of whether they live, work, or learn in the city of Baltimore. This includes all students, faculty, and staff of UMB, as well as alumni, family members, friends, and neighbors.
These appointments can be made by going to our one-stop website for the clinic, GetTheVaccineBaltimore.org, or by calling 410-706-3000 weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- On the UMSON Student COVID-19 Vaccination, Testing, and SAFE Screening Requirements page, a section has been added with University System of Maryland Vaccination Mandate information. Additionally, a link to the COVID-19 Vaccine Exemption Process has been added to the sidebar, as has the following information:
Use the UMB COVID-19 Management Portal to:
- Approve or deny Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (CRISP) COVID-19 health information sharing
- Schedule vaccination appointments at the UMB Vaccination Clinic
- Request a vaccination exemption
- On the main COVID-19 Response webpage, the following information has been added under UMSON COVID-19 Vaccination, Testing, and SAFE Screening Requirements:
University System of Maryland Vaccination Mandate- COVID-19 Vaccine Exemption Process
- Vaccination Deadlines for Fall 2021 Semester:
- First Dose (if applicable): July 1
- Final Dose: Aug. 2
- Use the UMB COVID-19 Management Portal to:
- Approve or deny Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (CRISP) COVID-19 health information sharing
- Upload vaccination dose information (if not using CRISP)
Students must upload vaccination dose information to CastleBranch - Schedule vaccination appointments at the UMB Vaccination Clinic
- Request a vaccination exemption
