The Resilient Nurses Initiative continues to seek a second cohort of R3 Champions.
R3 Champions are selected by the R3 collaborating schools of nursing from across Maryland. Champions will work with the R3 core team to help embed the R3 vision, resources, tools, and practices. Champions are instrumental to the success of the initiative as they will serve as the on-the-ground eyes and ears by continuously advising the core team of the experiences and observations as they integrate the R3 content into the pre-licensure curricula and culture. From their insights we will co-create solutions as well as engagement and sustainability strategies.
Champions will participate in a variety of meetings, discussions using in-person, virtual, and online modalities, starting with a series of workshop sessions. The first virtual workshop will be held Nov. 3, 10, and 17, 10 - 11:30 a.m. We ask that Champions plan to attend all of these sessions.
Workshop 2 will be held virtually on Jan. 9 (10 a.m. - 1 p.m.), Jan. 10 (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.), and Jan. 11 (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.).
